Free To Be You Flow is an all-level flow class for every and any body. What does this really mean? Even if it's your first time on a paddleboard you can do the entire class on your knees. No pressure to stand unless you want to. On the flip side of that this class is also wonderful for those looking for a challenge and have been practicing arm balances and headstands on the water for a while. Free to be You Flow is all about embracing who you are, where you are, and expressing that freedom through asanas on the board. We will begin class on land with a hand-holding circle to welcome all souls present. Then take that unity and love out on the water for a fun, carefree, and playful class. Allow yourself the freedom to be you and have fun safely.

We want to teach you how to fuse yoga and paddling, learn to move with the paddle in this vinyasa style "Floating Yoga" workout. Integrating your paddle into this SupYoga Fusion class empowers the paddler/yogi by giving them some assistance and/or resistance with each pose we move through.  

We want to offer more than just doing yoga on a paddle board. Your paddle will become a tool to enhance your workout, just as if it were a prop. We want to empower each yogi with a new since of balance while embracing the meaning of H2"OM".

After learning the basics of SUP and correct paddle technique, this class will move at a gentle pace as you balance the mind and body through breathing, meditation, and asanas in this hatha style class. Postures are held longer to release tension, free the joints, cleanse the body, and enable the mind to quiet. The class culminates into blissful relaxation on the board, leaving you feeling happy and free!

We want to teach you how to fuse yoga and paddling, learn to move with the paddle in this vinyasa style "Floating Yoga" workout. Integrating your paddle into this SupYoga Fusion class empowers the paddler/yogi by giving them some assistance and/or resistance with each pose we move through.  

We want to offer more than just doing yoga on a paddle board. Your paddle will become a tool to enhance your workout, just as if it were a prop. We want to empower each yogi with a new since of balance while embracing the meaning of H2"OM".  

There's something magical and soothing about the gentle rocking of Savasana after moving through a paddle board yoga class. When finished every cell in our body will feel refreshed and you will feel awake and alive.
