Create your schedule. After purchasing, you will build your festival schedule in the online scheduler, powered by Sched.org. Click the checkbox to sign up for an event and add it to your schedule. You’ll know a class has been added once you see the check mark.

View your schedule. View your confirmed classes and settings in the top right menu.

Set your password. Check your inbox or bulk folder for an activation link from Sched.org. Remember to set your password in order to make changes and view your schedule later.

Scheduling for Multiple Tickets: Each ticket must have a schedule under a unique name and email address. If you purchased multiple tickets and did not enter a different email address, transfer the ticket(s) by logging in to your Eventbrite Attendee account here. Click the "My Tickets tab", followed by "View your Order" to enter the name and email address of the person you would like to transfer the ticket(s) to and press "Save."  Now, the new ticket holder will receive the activiation email from Sched.org to log in and create a schedule.

Waitlist. When a session becomes full, you have the option of adding yourself to the waitlist. Waitlisted sessions do count towards your daily class limit of 3 per day. You can view how many attendees are on the waitlist on the class description page. You will automatically be moved up the list when a spot becomes available. If you become enrolled in the class, you will receive a confirmation email from Sched.org. If you do not have a confirmed spot in the class 2 weeks prior to the festival, we recommend choosing another class.

Scheduling music and performances is encouraged but not required.
