The Nitty Gritty of A Handstand FULL

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

Learn what needs to be strengthened, what needs to be lengthened, and why this pose is not all about the upper body! As a preparation, we will explore what each part of the body is asked to do when attempting full arm balance. Next up: experience the shape of handstand in several different relationships to gravity. Top off: plenty of time to practice your newly acquired skills upside down. Expect to be well prepared to take flight with ease and leave with a new understanding of what your body needs to be doing in space. Not required: the ability to already do handstand. Required: the courage to try!
