Are you constantly lost in thought, worries, doubts, the past or the future?
Meditation brings us into the present moment, which can often be an uncomfortable practice and feeling. Therefore, we must work to repair wounds, fears and judgments before we can act from the softness of the heart. 
In this workshop, we will explore calming pranayama and various types of ‘loving-kindness’ techniques towards ourselves as well as others. The meditations will include repeating mantra within and visualizations on the heart chakra. 
Rebel against this head-centered world we live in and find more balance between the intelligence of the head and the wisdom in the heart. You will leave feeling grounded in knowing yourself, your thoughts and your deepest feelings a little better so you can be present in the moment as it happens.
A handout will be provided for future reference.

** Please bring a yoga mat
