We want to teach you how to fuse yoga and paddling, learn to move with the paddle in this vinyasa style "Floating Yoga" workout. Integrating your paddle into this SupYoga Fusion class empowers the paddler/yogi by giving them some assistance and/or resistance with each pose we move through.  

We want to offer more than just doing yoga on a paddle board. Your paddle will become a tool to enhance your workout, just as if it were a prop. We want to empower each yogi with a new since of balance while embracing the meaning of H2"OM".  

There's something magical and soothing about the gentle rocking of Savasana after moving through a paddle board yoga class. When finished every cell in our body will feel refreshed and you will feel awake and alive.
