In this class, you will learn the secrets to getting the long, lean, powerful muscles of a ballet dancer. This workout will be based around ballet barre exercises that dancers do on a daily basis to condition their bodies. This class will emphasize toning muscles with a combination of cardio and strength based exercises. Your body will enjoy the benefits of improved posture, slimmer thighs, and a tighter tummy. Get ready to break a sweat and feel the burn!
