With more and more research popping up about the benefits of meditation it is becoming increasingly clear that it’s important for everyone, like taking your vitamins, but we're also noticing that meditation can be used in many different ways. Body image is an issue that never goes away and has the capacity to drive us in many ways, sometimes taking us out of the driver’s seat in our lives. Come learn how to shift your perspective with simple but powerful practices that you can use on your own to create long-term changes that put you back in the driver’s seat. Set your resolutions for the second half of the year and create a practice you can commit to. 

No experience necessary, no need to be able to sit for long periods; this class is part lecture, part meditation with a few more restorative asanas in between to help you integrate the information.
