Leave your fairy wings, but bring your glitter… For those of you straggling in after a long night of hoop dancing and howling at the moon, this class will ease you back into your body, rejuvenate and re-invigorate you and help re-charge your glowstick. This is a slow but fun, deep but light vinyasa flow class that will incorporate asana and live music to help bring in the morning gently and allow you to sustain more energy throughout your day. The second half of the class will ease you into a nourishing restorative practice that will bring balance to your system. Snoring during shivasana optional.
