Supporting our Sweet Spinal Curves FULL

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

By the time we start walking as infants we have developed three spinal curves that support the weight of gravity on our bodies. Over time daily postural stress, athletic activity, and acute or chronic injury will cause the natural curves of the spine to be disrupted. In this yin class we will support the spinal curves by exploring postures that nurture the movements of the spine in all directions with sweet gentle music and dropping in to blissful state. We will also use myofascial release balls to target trigger points that create muscular tension in the neck, shoulders and back muscles.
