Whether you are new to Yoga, Stand-Up Paddle or both, you can still take this class, experience it’s many wonderful benefits and ENJOY! Sarah will take you through a "Floating Vinyasa Flow" in way that you can follow along with ease. You will be able to turn off the mind, leave your cares and concerns on shore and let the healing energy only to be found in nature take over. Sarah will carefully guide your movement, gaze, and focus allowing you to feel balanced and revitalized as you sync your breath with each pose. You will be building core strength, increasing flexibility and achieving clear mental focus. And that’s all just a bonus as you will be having fun all the while!
