The power of human touch is profound. Having the courage to adjust gets you away from the wall and into an interactive environment with your student; learning to adjust well allows you to cultivate a deeper sense of trust amongst your students and allows you to open the lines of communication within the teacher/student relationship in a different way: through your hands, feet, elbows, arms, and legs. In this workshop you will learn how to confidently create an environment in which you and your student can work together during an adjustment, and how to transmit both energy and information through your technique. This workshop will use hip openers and seated forward bends as a lens through which we will explore the art of adjusting.
