In this class we will dive into the common muscles that cause us headaches. Using relaxing yin postures and myofascial release balls we will work the neck, upper shoulders, and back to release trigger points and scar tissue. The goal is to create greater awareness of areas of tension and learn a few tricks to reduce stress in these tissues to allow prana to flow more freely in the body. You will leave feeling radiant.
