Sattva yoga is broken into 4, one month cycles. Side Body sequence is the 3rd and gives access into the inside and outside body lines. The unique sequencing style gives access to deeper experiences of the body, both physical and energetically, leading into greater depth and understanding of your practice. We will be doing 1 hour of asana followed by breathing and meditation.
