The neck and shoulders are two of the most commonly stressed and injured parts of the body. Overall tension and poor posture contributes to stiffness and soreness in these areas. In this workshop, we will focus on helping to keep the neck and shoulders supple, strong and healthy. You will learn how to work with props if necessary and those with injuries can learn methods and modifications for shoulder/neck related asanas and how to help support healing through yoga.
