60 Minute Fartlek Run workout Coach Lucy will lead your run workout of the day. We will do a gentle run warm up, some drills and strides to activate the body, and then do a Fartlek run (alternating fast and easy running), before cooling down and stretching it out. Good general run fitness is essential for this class but all speeds are welcome! Lucy will motivate, educate and coach you through the skills required for the session, sharing her passion and expertise for running and you will leave with some good habits to take with you. Lucy is an enthusiastic and motivated runner and coach, who is always ready to share the many stories and skills gained from her high performance career and lifelong pursuit of athletic and personal excellence.
