Bakasana, or crow posture, is a gateway to adding flight to your asana. It isn’t just about muscling through or lifting off though; arm balancing can help you tap into your inner strength and courage. If you cringe when it’s time to crow, this interactive class and workshop will help. We’ll loosen up the wings with a nice flow, big stretches, and then practice techniques to help you fly.
