One’s daily practice should have all the aspects of yoga sadhana including asana, pranayama, and meditation. In this program you will learn to develop a suitable combination of the various aspects of yoga. Short lecture on the teachings of krisnamacharya as well as classical vinyasa asana sequences will be practiced. Pranayama and bandhas will be included along with the fundamentals of meditation practice. Suitable for yoga teachers + yoga practitioner's with at least 6 months of dedicated practice.
