Obviously, without your breath, you’d be dead. And without dramatic statements, your interest would wane, leading to another death of sorts. All aspects of our cycles are important but not in extremes! This class will focus on creating a deep balance within through simply inhaling and exhaling: one of our spectacular cycles. In any given moment, a clearing breath can provide an immense sense of renewal. Learn why breath is our loyal companion for stress relief, muscular relaxation, and a chaos-free life. Expect a few brief, grounding yoga postures to settle into relaxation and then sit to explore many types of pranayama and guided meditations. A handout will be provided for future reference.
